Bridges November Recap

It’s been some weeks since the aggregator launch, but November was actually our biggest month to date. Why? So many reasons. Let’s dig in to the monthly recap.

Aggregator launch + off-ramp

This past month we launched our full aggregator. What does that mean? It means that when you swap on Bridges Exchange, we search all of the major DEXs on BNB Chain, check the current rates in their liquidity pools, and find you the swap route that will pay you the most tokens.

Now, aggregators aren’t known for being the best when you want to swap tokens with fees on transactions (aka, tokenomics). Oftentimes, aggregators will simply fail, charge you really high gas fees, or charge you tokenomics fees twice when you swap these tokens. We thought that needed to be fixed.

Bridges Exchange is the only aggregator optimized to get you the best swap on tokens with tokenomics. We’ve made sure that your transaction is unlikely to fail and that you won’t ever be charged tokenomics twice in a single transaction. Furthermore, we’ve been able to reduce gas fees up to >60%.

We’ve also teamed up with our partner, Ramp Network, to bring an off-ramp to Bridges Exchange. Simply head to the ramp page and connect your wallet to get started with either the on- or off-ramp.

In case you haven’t seen the new aggregator yet, go try it out. You can see your route and a comparison with major DEXs by entering the amount you want to swap for any two tokens.

New token listings

Now that we have the full aggregator in place, we can offer a lot more tokens for swapping. To celebrate that, we’ve researched some more tokens to be listed as Bridges Approved. And by some, we mean 47…

New on-ramp tokens

Speaking of token listings… Not only did we list more tokens for the exchange, but we also added new tokens and coins to the on-ramp. In addition to BNB and BUSD on BNB Chain, you can now purchase:

  • Fantom (FTM) on Fantom
  • Avalanche (AVAX) on Avalanche
  • USDC on Avalanche
  • Ether (ETH) on Ethereum
  • Tether USD (USDT) on Ethereum
  • USDC on Ethereum
  • Polygon (MATIC) on Polygon
  • USDC on Polygon
  • Ether (ETH) on Arbitrum

Liquidity on PancakeSwap

As we reached 13 November, our PancakeSwap liquidity has been unlocked and trading is now re-enabled there.

The good news is that you don’t need to compare prices on Bridges Exchange and PancakeSwap. Bridge$ token works fully with the aggregator. When you buy Bridge$, you’ll automatically buy from whichever pool has the lower price. Conversely, when you sell Bridge$, you’ll automatically sell to whichever pool has the higher price.

Listings for Bridge$ token

Now that trading is back on PancakeSwap, we’ve also been able to get our listings with prices back up-to-date on CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko.

This means that you no longer have to wonder when the price will update in your wallet of choice. You should now have the real Bridge$ token price again. 👏

Around the DeFi community

This past month Danny joined CaesarsCalls for an AMA. Scroll back to 7 November to read the full exchange.

Both Danny and Luna were also invited to a voice AMA with Everyday Investor Consortium on 19 November. You can listen back to it here.

Multichain development update

We promised to take Bridges Exchange multichain by the end of 2022. We’ve been coding away for the first chain, and we’re now in the testing phase. As soon as testing is successfully completed, we will announce a launch date. Stay tuned for that and more!
